What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, in the same method previously used for payment, merchandise that has not been worn or damaged, with price tags attached. A refund can be expected, within 30 days of our receipt of the returned item(s).

Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Please do not hesitate to contact us if anything seems amiss.

The postmarked date of the return package will be considered the return date. The packing slip is required at all times. If you wish to return an item;

  1. Pack the unused/unworn item(s) securely in the original box.
  2. Please include a printed copy of your order confirmation email.
  3. Before sending your return shipment, remove all extra labels from the outside of the package and affix the return label portion below the outside of the box.
  4. We recommend that you use an insured and traceable shipping method for your return package and that you keep the return tracking number for your records. We will not be responsible for damaged, misdirected or lost return packages.
  5. Please note that the return label is pre-paid, therefore.

 

What is your exchange policy?

Unfortunately we are not able to process exchanges at this time due to limited inventory. If you'd like to select another size or style, we will process your return for store credit allowing you to make that intended purchase.

 

Do you ship internationnaly?

For now, we only ship to the United States and Canada. We are working towards expansion to other countries.
